15 - 74 Well person screening checks
75 - plus Screening checks
Please check with the receptionist if you wish to make an appointment for a screening.
DWP and general leaflets are available. Please ask any member of staff if you need help in finding the information you require.
The practice is sometimes approached by medical bodies and asked to participate in clinical trials. If you do not wish to be included in these please let reception know and a message will be added to your clinical record.

The practice infrastructure includes this group which meets quarterly. If you wish to find out more or have any comments/suggestions you would like the practice to be aware of, please contact the practice manager.

Insurance, BUPA Forms
The doctors charge BMA rates for any documents, eg BUPA forms, passport signatures etc, you may wish them to complete.
Please check with the receptionist for the amount you will have to pay. All documents will be left at reception for collection.
The practice holds a monthly staff meeting on the second Wednesday of each month. The surgery will also be shut from 12:30 until 18:30 on these days.
